This only lasted like 20 mins then all 100,000 of the larvae were gone except for a few bouncing around like copepods.

It looks kind of contorted in the photo. Based on the spines on the telson, I think I would rule out Americamysis mysids shrimp. I'd say a first instar coral banded shrimp, but could also be a Saron shrimp.
