That was my instinct as well. Post larval mysis or some other shrimp. It'd be pretty tough to identify to the species level unless you're some sort of arthropod expert

Close but noIt looks kind of contorted in the photo. Based on the spines on the telson, I think I would rule out Americamysis mysids shrimp. I'd say a first instar coral banded shrimp, but could also be a Saron shrimp.
