Looks like Spaghetti worms but the image is too blue.
Hermits, cleaner shrimp will help reduce numbers.
Population numbers are dictated by the available food resource. Try not to over feed.

I feed once everyday, should I reduce it to every other day
 
No.

Just reduce the amount at feeding times so uneaten food is not available.

Populations typically waxe and wane, but I have seen systems with an over abundance of spaghetti worms.
