Hello all,

I have recently lost 6-7 fish to somethign that happened, and happened fast. My clown tang is struggling. I took a pic with tank lights off and room light on this morning. Can someone give me an idea of what i am seeing here?

I'm sorry sweety, that looks like velvet. The looks plus the rapid deaths says that to me. Get the remaining fish out and into QT asap. Treat with copper or chlorquine phosphate. I'll get you a link that will help with more detailed info.

Thank you for your help! This guy didn't make it.

I'm sorry to hear that. With velvet you have to move fast to save them. Often by the time you notice the symptoms its already too late. It's possible to save them, but action has to be taken quickly and is best headed off during QT of a new fish.
