I tell you what, the next time you find one alive toss it in your sump and feed it heavily. When it gets meal size mail it but let me know when you do so I can make sure I have butter to melt when it arrives.I can mail it to you if you want one ;-)
I finally found the mantis shrimps home. next water change I will take the rock out and put it in a bucket. Though I'm not sure yet what the fastest method will be to get him to crawl out. I'll probably wait and see if the LFS would want it. my thought is no.
I'll include the nut crackers. Might make great mini crab cake appetizers.I tell you what, the next time you find one alive toss it in your sump and feed it heavily. When it gets meal size mail it but let me know when you do so I can make sure I have butter to melt when it arrives.
You’ll learn a lot from @BubblesandSqueak , he has been mentoring me and with his help I have been able to turn my tank around. This build looks great. Impressive tank and that sump is slick! Giving me lots to think about for an upcoming build. Following along
mine ate my nice big conch and clownfish.I never managed to catch my 3 mantis that came in on gulf live rock. We have made our peace, they leave the fish alone and I feed them hermits and snails.

That is a beautiful rock.Cut the lawn today. Winter time the sun is lower and reflects off the floor and into the tank some so the grass grows quicker. But so does the calerpa.

seems to be the only one with calerpa. Last time I lifted the rock there was a 6" brittle star under it. They seem to stay under the rocks. That calerpa rock is stunning!:star-struck:
