Any luck catching the mantis shrimp?
no. still in there. a big gorilla too. I only tried once and just haven't been motivated. As soon as I put the shrimp chunk in there, the nassarius snails all go for the box. Still haven't come up with want I really want in there so I'm just feeding some snails and crabs.

so I'm thinking of an eel (or 2) in this tank now. no, I do not want a snowflake. any suggestions or pointers? I just added a porky till the 200 comes. this puffer wouldn't eat for the first 5 days. finally got him munching on bits of frozen shrimp.

Finally caught the Gorilla. Notice the missing legs from the other attempts. Was able to hold it with forceps while I reached in and grabbed it with my fingers. It hurt. Spikes and pinch.

Crab cakes for dinner?

I packed its bags and sent him to Ohio!
When I was in high school our band was doing a fundraiser, I wasn’t in the band, I don’t have any musical abilities, where they were selling live lobster. Once the orders were taken the band director and other staff drove up to Maine and picked them up and brought them back. As a teenager I felt bad putting it in boiling water, they always came on a plate at restaurants, but that went away quickly as I was eating it.

There’s a place here in ME that uses THC first before boiling as a more humane way. Nice lobster trails. I mean tails.

Sorry to hear about both Üter and Stewie. That's gotta be rough. Catching up on your build thread was an emotional rollercoaster, but thanks for sharing your experiences! It's a great source of motivation!

Just read the whole thread. I always though an octopus would be cool to try, but the short life span scares me away. They are amazing creatures and I'm glad you got to spend some time with her. Also, great looking eel.

not much updates on the tank but got a new family member. Mini Bernedoodle with heterochromia.

Beautiful pup Mr. Squeaks, I see some blue merle Australian Shepherd colors there.

She's a mini bernedoodle. at only a year old, she doesn't do much. I think her favorite thing is bedtime. crazy that she doesn't even bark.
