I recently bought a gold torch about 1 month ago more or less. When I purchased the torch had beautiful gold mixed in with very dark almost black color and it was mesmerizing to watching hoping to get another flash of gold as the polyps swayed.

Now, under my tank the whole thing is gold!! This is my first torch so is it OK that the whole thing turned gold or is it better to have the coral darker? Is the color indicative of health? What do you think?

It’s likely how the coral adjusted to your parameters and lighting. Many corals will adjust as needed over time. I wouldn’t worry as there are many types of gold/yellow torches that do phenomenal in a tank

Edit to add…as long as it doesn’t appear to be bleaching which I can’t tell in your pics
