Injured fish (new, please help)

I recently bought a coral beauty. We had a tomini tang that didnt take well to the new addition. Bullied the hell out of the newbie. The coral beauty got a little scratch on her side. Shes now starting to like grow or got a new little raised bump on the side of jer head. Tried my best to get picures+video.

better images under white light are needed to see the injury.

May just be a tail strike from the tang? Fish medics can't give an opinion without being able to see the fish in white light,
