I selected this rock from BRS and it looks brown. It came wet and brown. I dropped a hand full on the ground and it dried to a off white. I am afraid it will be brown when I fill the tank with water.
What do you guys think?

So after installing the sand in the aquarium with the lights the sand went white. YA :)

That’s what I am hoping, I have 4 boys all in middle school.

This setup looks amazing ... possibly too amazing. I know that if I was trying to do homework on that granite, my parents would have had to send me to my room . . .

I wouldn't have gotten _anything_ done.

HELP ????????
I have 2 glass sumps connected by one 1.5 inch pipe.

Unfortunately I installed my new Abyzz A200 and it sucks the second sump dry.

I have never cut a 2 inch hole in the side of a tank is this possible to do while the sumps are in place without water? It would have to be vertical and not a horizontal surface

I am debating about ordering a dastaco calcium reactor what do you guys think?
People like them. I have a Pacific Sun AC3 Pro, which operates on a similar principal. Not needing a pH probe or needle valve are the two advantages over a regular calcium reactor.

Nice build, btw.

Where did you buy the Orphek Lights? They seem to be a hot commodity...
