Interested in a carpet anemone

Anyone have thoughts on this? Is it a bleached red one since they only come in red/ blue/ green?

Name on the glass is a red saddled carpet. Havnt seen a red one in awhile (I realize it’s pink/ yellow but still intrigued)

Mouth is not gaping but lighting over the tank is cheap LEDs/ purchased a rhitteri that looks great in my first tank (have two)

Yea imo it’s extremely awesome, I defs want it but the color is the only thing holding me back bcs it’s defs not red but mouth isn’t gaping. Only seen one a super red one before and it was like 4inches or so while this one is pretty big already like 8inches +

It may be the lighting not fully showing it’s color, I’ve had this happen when I get coral from my local lfs where they don’t look the best then they get under proper light and insane, it also likely will color up in better water conditions at the end of the day it’s up to you

100%, lighting is there in these tanks is a cheaper led strip. Color of the rhitteri i bought changed like crazy under my radions and in my water. Here’s a pic of the leds reflection off the water column

Yea it’s more of a pink on the rims and orangey on the the middle to white center, mouth isn’t gaping

Marked as a red but I’ve seen red maroon ones before and it’s defs like a hot pink on the tips to creamsicle orange and then white

I run a daytime look now, used to run only blues with no whites but found the rhitteris like daylight kelvin (radion g4 pros with diffusers)

Just went to look at it again and gotta convince the wife 1000000% haha. Had them put a better light on it and wow

Wow big difference just with a different light looks amazing

Not too badly bleached, should turn darker with time, if its not gaping or deflating i would say its relatively healthy otherwise, but carpets can do a 360 healthwise depending on what time of day you see them
