I think they ripped me and maybe you ? So in July a kid(18) came to my door wanting to sell me some magazine subscriptions to help him win a trip to Hawaii and get a grant for college. The whole time I kinda thought what if this is a scam, but it seemed super legit. I asked him a-lot of questions and he was able to answer them all without hesitation. I ended up spending $95 on 2 1year subscriptions. Today I looked up Interstate Subscription Service and found this link.

Wanting to know if anyone has dealt with any of these kids and if you got your magazines ? If you search for Interstate Subscription Service all you will find is bad reviews.

I got suckered into buying 2 subscriptions too last year. I did get my magazines though, but won't do that again as it was too expensive!

Yeah if I don't get my magazines I will report to BBB and call. If calls don't do it I will build a case and show up one day for restitution. It's only $95, but if you look online there is way too many complaints about these people. Maybe I will build a lawsuit case.
It needs to stop !

few years ago i had to come home early cuz the wife called me crying...she kinda got forced to write a $50 check (we didnt have any money in there neather) to these guys....there where 4 guys running around kaukauna that day....this guy that got to my wife was trying to get in to the house, promising her a back massage, vacuum the floor, rub her feet.....and other bs like that...my wife was very uncomffy with this and got to the point to just write the check to get rid of this guy...
well wen i got home to here the whole story i went out looking for this guy so i could get the check back...guess what...he was 1/2 block away...i confronted him just after he knocked on his next house..i staited i wanted the check back..."i dont have it" he says...im like "B.S.!!" i got into it with in bad! he said to get the form from our house and he will get the check from his super...i went in to the house to get it...(remember this was only 1/2 block away ,...so we could see each other...) i gave him the order form and guess what...he reached into his pocket and gave me back my wifes check!!!

he was very lucky that some one already called the cops on these guys because if they didnt...i would have laid this mother F@@@@R on his back for getting me so hyped up with saying his super had the check and then he goes and pulls it out of his pocket.......

i told my wife...if any one does that crap again...go to the bathroom and call me, ill be home in 15!

This only works correctly if you are REALLY sweaty, or covered in a very light vaseline glaze.

MAN!!!!!!!!, you have some self control. I would have whooped his a## right in front of the cops and laughed the whole way to jail - some things are just worth going to jail for - messing with my family is #1, messing with my money is #2.

My wife bought a magazine a couple years ago from this little hottie that came by selling them. Gave her some sob story and she bought a magazine to go to the Ronald Mcdonalds house (we support all kinds of kid charities).
Needless to say, we get some SKI magazine every month.....
