If you're looking to order fish online, stop searching and just order from Dr Reef. I had been looking everywhere for a Pink Streaked Wrasse and finally found them available through him, so I placed an order.

I picked up a Pink Streaked Wrasse, a Yellow Coris Wrasse, and an Acan frag. When my order arrived today, I was surprised to open the box and find four fish instead of two. Dr Reef had sent two Pink Streaks and two Yellow Coris. Since these fish can be delicate shippers, I really appreciated him going the extra mile to give the best chance of them arriving alive.

This was never discussed beforehand, but that kind of effort shows a whole different level of customer service. One of the Yellow Coris unfortunately didn’t make it, but the other Yellow Coris and both Pink Streaks arrived healthy and active.

Thanks again, Dr Reef. You’ve earned a lifelong customer. Grateful for people like you in the hobby.

Thank you for your feedback and support.
For folks that dont know, at checkout there is a question we ask. Can you accomodate extra fish? if you say yes, we will always ship more than the qty paid for, on certain fish, that we know through experience, are bad shippers. In your case coris and pink streak. Thats why you received 2 of each.
Like you see, 1 coris was doa but other made it. This helps us save an extra shipping/refund/credit headache and also saves the customer the headache of adding fish at different times when they should have been introduced together. So its a win win for both parties.
Coris, some anthias, chromis are a few we would definitely send extra.
Glad it all worked out for you in the end and we appreciate you as our customer.
Happy reefing
