With a sump, your in about 40 gallons total water volume. Not heavily stocked for Mag and calcium to be so depleted. I think it's your salt mix. Try this. Change to a new salt mix, do 20% water changes every week and measure your parameters again. See if you get better results with mag and calcium which will help with your ph and dkh.

If that fails it may be your testing solution.

Yeah I think it’s the salt as well. I was using the blue bucket Red Sea salt. Since I have mixture I should of been using coral pro salt. Hopefully after I use the pro Coral salt parameters will be where they should be. I will however take your advice and do the 20% water change. Thank you
