Hey guys this is a I do gold torch. Had it for several months now with no problems at all. Came home tonight and one of the heads looked like this. Everything else in the tank is doing fine, although I have been battling elevated phosphates. Never seen it look so boney around the edges. Is it dying? Thanks in advance and sorry for the bad picture quality.

If it's not a spelling any brown stuff out of its mouth or any brown jelly looking material around its surface, it's most likely just irritated. Very rarely but mine sometimes gets like that too and recovers in a short time.
