I noticed the tank hangs over the stand slightly on one side (very small amount). Is ANY overhang acceptable on these rimless tanks?Just trying not to crack a 100g tank lol.

Its a Ext 100gallon complete reef system from innovative marine.

I’ve seen several brands do this with both front, and rear pane intentionally… it seems to work fine, but still doesn’t make me too comfortable!

If it was my tank, and there was remaining space on the stand to shift it over, I would drain it down, shift it, then refill! (Ideally using lifting suction cups, as flat-pack tank stands are often not very strong side-to-side!)

From your image it looks like the tank is resting on the PVC board and the PVC board is not square with the stand. Is the PVC board floating or did you attach it to the stand? If it is unattached I would get a couple friends and drain as much as you can out of the tank ( the question is that is a lot of 5g buckets) and square up the PVC board. But to be honest the PVC board is supporting the tank. But... That is a nice tank and I would no want to do anything to shorten it's life...
