Is my brain coral hungry?

This is a pic of my brain coral during mid day lights. Is it hungry or is that normal for the feeding tenticles to be out during this part of the day?
The pic doesnt make it look like mid day sun but my phone made it blue so i had to do some Photoshop editing.

Really nice looking brain! Mine keeps it's feeders out a good bit. I'm pretty sure that just means it's happy. ;)
 
These guys seem to keep their feeders out longer when they are happy. Ive had a few that I don't remember ever not seeing them without their feeders out. BTW nice Brain coral.
