Is my candy cane coral dead?

New to reef keeping and bought a candy cane coral yesterday. Looked well and thriving in the store but when I temp acclimated it then dipped it as all my other corals it ended up never opened back up. DipX.

It’s a healthy caulastrea, if you only got it yesterday then its still a climating to the new water. Caulastrea can be picky coral and do take a decent period of time before they’re happy in new water IME.
Also it looks like the lights have only just been on so it wont fully open instantly.
