My duncan never seems to be happy and I just noticed the discoloration on it. Any recommendations.

Duncan's are generally pretty hearty. Do you know your parameters? How long has it been retracted? The center polyp does not appear to have any tissue left but that could just be the heavy blue lighting.

How is the lighting and flow in that spot? Do any of the tentacles come out? It may be toast if it's been like this for a while.
Lightning in that spot is moderate as well as the flow. The tentacles usually try to come out every day but are never open for more than an hour.
