It's been like this for the last few days. Is he gone?

Can you post chemistry.
Lighting?

Looks like there is still tissue, a good sign.

If high in the tank perhaps move it down to an area with mod flow.

I have mushrooms, frogspawn, long tentacle plate, zoa's, and a blastomussa that all seem to be doing well. This is a newer 55 gallon tank (2 months old)

Parameters all zero with 5-10 nitrates.

I'm using this light from Amazon and Maybe I'm blasting the tank with too much light?

This light has 3 channels. White's / Blue / Moon Blue (night blue). The settings go from 1-255 which is annoying that it's just not 1-100.

I'm running the Blue and Moon Blue channels at 100% and Whites at around 50%. Is this too much light?

It is impossible to know how much light you're putting out there without a PAR meter. You're just guessing, and with a black box, who knows what 100% and 50% means? I'd suggest renting a PAR meter or, if you're in for the long run, buy a Seneye.
FWIW, my Goni is on the bottom part of the tank with moderate flow.
