They are holes. I read that it could be from my hermit crabs but that looks excessive.

No dips for this one. Not yet anyways. They are about 4 months old. Fairly new

More or less yes but just looks fresh.

Looks just like that but white like it was a fresh wound. What causes that?
Not sure, I did have a large emerald crab but kind of doubt it. I sumped him after catching him tearing polyps off my duncan. I noticed it over a year ago and it has not progressed as far as I can tell. If you look closely at my photo you see a very small patch of some sponge looking stuff above that tiny snail. That stuff has now covered the whole area. Other than that it's the same.
