Hi folks,
I got a starfish (Linckia - Red) and a purple reef lobster. Shortly after I introduced them, I noticed that a leather coral looked completely "sliced" of the top. I was confused but I left it alone. Recently I noticed that another one (Green leather this time) got its head completely sliced off this time (just the stalk remains). Does anyone know if the starfish/reef lobster are known to eat leather corals? I'm bummed coz the leather coral has been with me for almost 6+ months now. :expressionless-face:
Is there any other reason why this would happen? I seem them closed up when tank parameter changes but this is way too extreme. Any help is appreciated! :downcast-face-with-sweat:

Pics are very blue and hard to see what’s going on.
I’m not sure about linckias, but the reef lobsters do eat corals if I remember correctly.
