Hiya! Im trying to understand controllers and how each have their own uses. I want to eventually get a Apex system but thats a bit down the line (I have no monies :( ). In the mean time, I was wondering if a reeflink would be a nice introdcuction? Or is it not worth owning? I should mention I have a 2 MP10s and a Vectra, I might be switching out my kessil a360w for a Radion but not sure yet. I understand that these are two very different pieces of tech but Id like some info on what are the advantages of each.

I would say no the reef link isn’t worth it since mobius is rolling out and you might already be able to control your radion and pumps

It’s an app EcoTech is developing that can control all of their ‘newer’ products through Bluetooth but many products have already got the chip due to them forward thinking and they are rolling it out in stages.

People have been waiting for 6 months for Mobius to actively work on older devices and we are still waiting. Who knows when it will work For everyone other than a few beta testers. That said, once you get your pumps and lights running.. neither reeflink or mobius are needed. Reeflink was great to set up my gear. It’s been useful to make adjustments here and there.
