I run a sps dominated reef w/ a few LPS...
Duncan colony
3 chalices
frogspawn
candycane
favia
acans / dying within 24 hours of looking spectacular in tank for 1 year +
fungia plate /died in 24 hours in tank for 1 year +

My params are as follows
Alk 9.5 dkh
calc 380
mag 1320
nitrates 4-5ppm
phos .1
ph 8.3

3 weeks ago I lost my fungia plate within 24 hours of the first sign of tissue recession.

Today I noticed my acan colony was showing white skeleton on every head and last night it was nice and puffy as usuall and accepting bits of shrimp.

Is there a similar condition like RTN that effects lps ?

Also heres a bit I forgot to add 2 days ago I noticed my calcium was at 280, I hadnt checked in a while and my I guess my doser schedule was to light and wasnt keeping up with the demand. I raised it by 100ppm over two days

STN and RTN are kind of just general terms (AKA not medical or scientific) and can apply to all types of corals. Do you have pics? It might help us figure out whats going on

No pics at the moment, but imagine bone white acan skeleton and no tissue left.

I did an iodine dip as soon as I noticed the damage. The Acan is actually showing a little tissue now compared to when my fungia plate did the same thing, he was a goner in hours, no sign of tissue.
