Is this a bacterial infection?

I've had these anthias in quarantine for a bit now and I thought this was getting better and then I come home today and its gotten worse again.
They've already been through 2 rounds of prazi, 14 days of metro and 10 days of kanaplex (although I did skip one dose of kanaplex) both those treatments finished yesterday.
They've been in therapudic copper for 9 days today

2 fish have peeling skin all over and one has a growth on the bottom fin (could be unrelated). These 2 fish are not eating today, although a couple days ago they did (it was starting to get better)
Both fish are pictured here. The first 3 photos are the same fish, 4th photo is another and the last photo is the same fish in the first 3 photos but was taken 2 days ago

The other 3 fish in the group seem to be acting fine although I do think they have a bit of cloudiness to their skin as well.

I was planning to transfer them to a new quarantine tank tomorrow and start treating with NFG but now I'm wondering if I should go ahead and do that tonight

I am planning to transfer to another tank tomorrow since that will be day 10 of copper which is all that's needed to make sure ich is eliminated.
Would it be a good idea to do a ruby rally bath between transfer?
Then should I treat with NFG or try metro again? Or can they be used together?

I would also worry about the beginnings of uronema, particularly if you look at the last pic with the red streaks looking to take hold. Bacterial infection is possible, too. Brook is less likely, though the first pictures do look like it. Metro is your friend. I would also hit it with kanamycin and furan

That last photo was from a few days ago to show how it has progressed.
It shouldn't be uronema either as I've already treated with metro

Yeah, but it might be, and anthias are susceptible. Uronema is nasty stuff. Sometimes a short course of metro doesn't work, and may need to be done longer, for 21 days. Did you feed metro-laced food as well? If not, this needs to be done also, as it can be internal with no effect from metro in the water. Up to you, but I'd hit it with the Trifecta (metro, kana, furan-2) for another week, and feed metro too. If you'd rather go the NFG route, that is also defensible, and it's up to you.

Brook usually has a build up posterior to the gills. But this can vary. I would consider using Furan2 or NFG for a bacterial infection.
The one fish did seem to be breathing a bit heavy if that makes any difference.
I am definitely planning to transfer to a new tank tomorrow to get them out of copper and I think I will do an acriflavin bath during transfer. I just don't know if I should start NFG or the trifecta once in the new tank..
Maybe the trifecta would be the better choice since it has metro in case it is brook or uronema? I just know that nfg is better for treating infection

Is there any harm in starting the trifecta when I've already done a round of metro and kanaplex (they've only had one day without those meds)
