Is this a Bristle worm? Good or bad? Thanks

I just saw this in my 60 gallon tank. I assume it’s a bristle worm. It’s a little over an inch long. I’m just trying to make sure and find out if it is good or bad. thanks!

The legs sticking out the side look more like a fire worm than a bristle worm. Would need clearer pics under white light to be positive.

Yet went back in a hole in a rock. I will try to post more pictures later. My phone does not take great pictures. Under my lights, it did not appear a bright red, but more of a purple.

Hopefully not, but possibly a bobbit worm? Nightmare fuel.
