I own several FW tanks. The largest is 220 G with a 30 G sump. A local guy is selling a 240 G reef tank with much coral and 8 fish. Is this a good deal at $2500?

Corals are basic but there is about $1000 in fish alone, about $400 in lights. Stand appears scratched but still worth $250 minimum and tand worth $400. Sump and skimmer $200
I'd Offer $2000 cash. Fair deal, not a super bargain but you can add coral and make it a nicer tank.
