Is this a good lighting schedule?

Hi wondering if anyone could help or has any advice. I'm running an ai prime 16hd on a 20 gallon innovative marine and was wondering if this is a good lighting schedule? I have an anemone, acans, a few frogspawns, and hammers

It looks good except my green and red is at 20%. Some folks feels the green and red promotes algae and keep it zero, but IMO corals do need some small amount of it. This article is FYI
