someone on my local listings has posted 2x kessil a360we for sale, includes goosenecks... they are 4 years old and asking 250 each...

If I did my math correctly for a 12 hr light cycle the units should have 17,000 hours on them and some change... is that to much for what he’s asking?

Or are the savings worth it?

Is there any price that would be reasonable to try and offer? Are they almost shot?

They should be at least 50% off their original price especially since it's been more than 2 years of use.

Agreed, make an offer. If they pass save for new lights. The Kessils have shown to be very durable but paying so much for used equipment isn’t fair.
