Is this an OK spot for an Elegance?

The current is not strong, but I've heard that elegance aren't even supposed to even touch rock? Would it be better for it to be in a more open spot on the sand bed to expand more?

Yeah but just make sure the tentacles don't touch that acan. Their tentacles have a stronger sting like an anemone almost compared to other lps coral.
