Is this brown jelly disease on Elegance?

I noticed my elegance haven’t been doing well for past couple days and appears really stressed tonight when the lights are off. So I resorted to a 20min fresh water dip and CoralRX. While dipping I suck out these things that were stuck to the flesh of the elegance. They look like clear mucus with brown spots. Can someone confirm what they are? Thanks

How about some pictures of the coral? I can't tell anything from the picture of the water
