Is this Coral Bleaching or something else?

See pictures below, it's white, hard, and almost spiky and it's taken over both my candy cane coral as well as a golden eye chalice.

Not sure if this is considered bleaching or it's something else. My tank is only about 3-4 months old and I have been slowly introducing new corals.

Welcome to R2R. Sorry to say but those are dead corals and what your seeing is the skelton.
