Is this enough light for my 39g

I'm picking up this T5HO fixture and it comes with 4 24w bulbs. I mainly have zoas and palys, but also have 2 maxima clams, a few sps mid level, and some lps. This is my tank dimension (L)24" x (W)20" x (H)20". What do you light experts think? Thanks.
