Is this going to be a problem?

I have been thinking of cutting the frogspawn but I just get nervous with that stuff cause I have never done that before. Anything I have bought I have left it as I got it and placed it in the tank. The frogspawn is on a little platform and it was a V to the structure so if i were to cut it would i just split the V ?

I had the same issue, as a newbie I chose some beautiful euphyllia. Alas they grew and grew, I didn’t want to frag my gorgeous flowing colonies. So I bought them a tank of their own!,
