The white spots seem to be stick out, not like smooth on the skin

Too large to be ich really.

What other fish are in with it?
Clownfish often bite each other’s faces during sparring…..

I have another clown, one purple fire fish, and a yasha goby. The pair of clowns are in there for over a month already, then I added the yasha goby, which has already been quarantined in a LFS for 21 days. The purple fire fish was the last fish that I added a week ago (did not quarantined). If it’s ich, I assume it would be the purple fire fish that carries it, but I don’t see any sign of it. The white dots do seem pretty big, so they might just be wound, because sometimes I see the clownfish would fight with the purple fire fish.

Clownfish are pretty sly - they often won’t fight when you’re in the room, and then, just one fight can cause lasting damage like this.

I dont see this as ich especially based on the size but may be skin irritation. If it would be ich, tomorrow this time, the number of these would increase in both number and location

I’ve once saw the other clown biting the purple fire fish’s tail for at least 3 seconds until the fire fish fights back.
