Three Little white spots appeared on my copper band butterfly today and I don’t know for sure what it is, but I’m assuming it’s it if you could look at the photos and verify and any advice on how to treat it with coral in the aquarium I’d appreciate it. Don’t mind the water spots on the aquarium because I was cleaning it when I noticed the fish spots

It looks more like a condition called Lymphocystis which is a viral disease. There isn't really a treatment for it other than to keep the fish in good health with a variety diet and a clean environment
This thread here has more info if you're interested :)

He will only accept live bloodworms. Which I don’t think have much nutritional value. Any tips for getting him to eat other foods? I’ve tried live brine shrimp, frozen, freeze dried but to no avail

While this may be a viral issue which is lympho, it generally does not start on the body but rather fins. See if the number of dots has increased this time tomorrow as well as location on the fish. If not, then its lymphocystis

I agree that this looks like Lymphocystis.

As far as feeding, have you tried live mussels on the half shell?
