He will only accept live bloodworms. Which I don’t think have much nutritional value. Any tips for getting him to eat other foods? There isn't really a treatment for it other than to keep the fish in good health with a variety diet and a clean environment

While this may be a viral issue which is lympho, it generally does not start on the body but rather fins. See if the number of dots has increased this time tomorrow as well as location on the fish.
