I'm not saying that other R2R members are not knowledgable, but the R2R Fish Medic team is a vetted group of experts who are very good at diagnosis and treatment plans.

He eats little bit but not really interested and does look like breathing fast and rubbing the sand

The spots are the wrong color to be ich, and the clown is breathing a bit fast. Could be flukes.

So - I went back and looked at the video again on my PC instead of my phone (larger picture).

The spots aren't the real issue I think. They could be stings from coral like your LFS said (what LPS do you have in the tank?). There isn't any serious skin parasite that causes spots like that.

The big issue is the rapid breathing and not eating. The trouble with my thought about the flukes is that BOTH clowns should be affected to a similar degree. Your other clown is completely symptom-free?

In the video, your tank looked really "still", Does it have good aeration, not just circulation? If not, you should add an air stone. That will at least help with the symptoms.

Have you noticed white stringy feces in the fish? There is an internal clownfish disease that causes rapid breathing, not eating and white feces. However, it is not easily treatable.

Agree but my fluval 13.5 has a upgraded return pump 220 gph and i have a wavemaker at the surface for more surface agitation and yeah my other fish looks better fine but i did read flukes can still affect other fish maybe he just better immune system or something. But yes i have noticed stringy poop

I was looking to get prazipro but if u think its something else i can wait some more time to make sure my LFS in 40 min away so i dont want to have to make multiple trips you know

With the stringy poop, rapid breathing and not eating, and ruling out low oxygen, the issue may be an internal disease, often seen in clownfish. The trouble is, there are a few diseases that can cause that; flagellate protozoans, bacteria, or even viral disease. The latter has no treatment. With the fish not eating, you can't use oral medications. Your only recourse, as I see it, is treating with General Cure (from API) in a treatment tank. General Cure has praziquantel and metronidazole in it. That will help with external flukes, tapeworms, as well as flagellates.

Fritz Paracleanse is the same formula as API General Cure.

I will get some and have it on standby unless i should treat both at same time if thats possible i already have them in quarantine with the prazipro

Not sure what you mean - you can’t dose Prazipro and general cure at the same time as that would double thenpraxiquantel dose.
