As with any soft coral, they can be irritated from time to time. Do you spot feed them? Any shrimp or hermits?

Yes today and nothing has changed all seem stable. It's just strange that this one the largest one that turns it's self inside out when it feeds unlike the rest has gone so small.

I did put extra food in for an orange shoulder tang later than usual because he hangs in the top corner begging for food.

As long as its not dying then I hope it will bounce back.
