Is this salvageable ?

So went to my lfs to buy some plugs and some rubble/small rocks and came across this little guy, it was almost all skeleton but I saw a tint of green and a bit of slime so decided to put it in the mix with the rubble and told them to add water to the bag . Finally after getting home I get him in the tank to see if it was really dead, I say about 30 minutes went by and I was seeing some baby tentacles. I tried feeding it mysis but wouldn't take it.
What you guys think should I just let him be or should I try giving it a shot of reef roids. Thanks again everyone

I would say if u do reef roids take it easy if it pulls through it will need time.

Always a chance from a little tissue. I would leave the coral be for now. If you notice any feeding response go ahead and do a small target feed occasionally. Hope it comes around for you.

Looks like a little Trachy. I’ve seen them pull through on several occasions. I hope it makes it.

Thanks everyone I'll let him be for now and just see what happens I won't target feed it I'll just let it feed on the water, I'll definitely keep this thread updated.

From this morning, seems to be forming a mouth still no feeding.

So while feeding the tank I decided to try and feed it. Looks like his first shrimp in a long time. Apparently the mouth has developed.

From today, seems to be bouncing back. Been fending it once a week.
