Is this too much flow for a 15G? Mixed reef

As the title says…
I have a Jecod DMP-10 running at 49% sine flow.
I had it on random flow but I think it’s too strong?

Anyways check out the video and let me know if 49% sine flow seems too much.

Flow looks about spot on. I wouldn’t change anything on it. Your torch is dancing and being dramatic showing more flow than it’s really getting your mushroom right below it looks happy like it’s getting the right flow too.
