I wish I checked this thread before since I ordered a reefbrite led on Friday but still no tracking number or anything. Now I'm just wondering did I made a mistake to order from this store

^ Monday was a Holiday remember, so they likely didn't even receive the order until Yesterday.

Ever get a tracking number? I ordered last monday and i havent seen one yet for my order.

I sent an email to the customerservice@aquariumspecialty yesterday am, i didnt want to annoy you guys with a call yet so i figured i would i would check on here :)

Seem to get good response on here so here it goes haha (emailed both addresses last week and didnt hear back, did speak to someone on phone yesterday but never heard back) ordered 2 blue pop 36" bulbs on the 23rd. It said shipping was generally 4-5 days out. It now says out of stock on the website. Should i request a refund through paypal? Out $120 here with no end in sight currently... thanks!

What is your order number? I'm responding to emails and R2R posts in a matter of minutes. Please keep in mind we have several people working here so I have no way of knowing who you spoke to.

Thank you for the order #. We were told by Euroquatics that our order would ship out by Monday or Tuesday of this week at the latest. I'll check back with them to see if they have a tracking number yet. Sorry for the delay but they should be here by this time next week at the latest. We will ship the 36" Blue Pops out to you the day that they arrive. For the record, we ordered the lamps a few weeks ago in hopes that they would arrive before we ran out of stock. Unfortunately that didn't happen. We do have inventory on the E5 lamps but some of the lengths and colors are out of stock.

Spoke with Scott today -- Looks like the order just slipped through the system and is a very unusual circumstance related to Apogee. He has made everything right and can safely say all the above comments reflect the company correctly.

Will likely order from them again as I know this is not a normal situation.
