API copper tests work, but they are VERY difficult to read. If you know the exact water volume of the tubs, then you can dose to that, and then test it to get some idea as to what a "normal" test result looks like.

I'm really leery of people setting up treatment tubs on the fly; you'll lose sideways viewing of the fish and that's vital in regards to being able to see the fish eat, how fast it is breathing, how the disease is progressing, etc. As mentioned, ammonia control is also very difficult in a new tub(s). Don't use Prime for ammonia control, Amquel is a better choice. Better still would be to use Amquel AND some "bacteria in a bottle".
I’ll have to lay on the floor, thank god there’s rug lol

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think that the Seachem Copper Multitest is the correct range for the Coppersafe. I'm pretty sure that the Multitest is only for low level ionic copper.

Yes, this all looks good. The seachem test is also tricky and best is again Hanna brand
Agree, the Seachem test was impossible for me to distinguish between the shades of blue, especially considering the intensity and type of light changes the shade of blue. I went with Hanna after getting frustrated with Seachem.

Is there other medications I should be dosing other than copper? I am done with set up. So far we’re here. I removed all the bio balls and sponges that were in sponge for bio filter. I’m assuming the bacteria here can handle the bio load? I will start dosing Cooper safe now. Should I put my mandarin back in display tank? Aren’t they immune to parasites? @vetteguy53081 @Jay Hemdal

Also, can I use the wave makers that are in the dt tank for qt for water movement? Or is it enough with that bubbler? If I do use it will the wave maker become affected by the copper and unsafe for further use in DT!

Wavemakers on low, yes
No mandarin with copper and allow sponges to remain but do maintain water quality checking ammonia with reliable kit occasionally

Are you saying i shouldn’t put the mandarin in copper? So should i put it back in Display tank? Also, would I be able to put the wave makers back in the display tank after copper treatment? I wouldn’t want it to be absorbed then leached and hurt corals

As I mentioned yesterday, did you check the copper test to ensure that it can read coppersafe? It needs to be able to test from zero to 3 ppm. I thought the Seachem copper test was only for ionic copper and can only read to 0.80 ppm. You might be able to use serial dilutions to get coppersafe samples into a range that this test will work on, but the math is tricky.

Do you have instructions on how?

You won't be able to use that test kit. It only reads up to .80. You are going to be be shooting for between 2.0-2.5 with coppersafe

Do not place mandarin in copper. Wavemakers will have a very low if any content to release in display. Rinse forst.
