I look at both as opportunities to create havoc. Both are able to be manipulated into doing really silly things. You just need to use the proper tools and it could be a fun time.

I'll pass on both. Ew. I'm allergic to kids and drunks are just too much to deal with in general.

fortunately at night, the only ones making a ruckus are angry people and dogs. I havent heard any cats going at it. Only during the day. So, maybe dogs are overly loud and obnoxious to me :\
