Where to start with this update.. Some good news and some bad news.. First, the bad news.. I had my old Coralife MH combo light over the tank while my radions were being upgraded.. Well, the feet on one side of the light broke some time ago and I used a container that was around the same hight as the feet on the other side of the light so it was even. Worked great.. Thats until I decided to get a few nice frags on Sat and had to put them in the tank. I had to slide the light back a bit to get my arm in there to place the new coral. That went fine.. But when I had to slide the light back to the original position it slipped off of the container half of it sits on and booom! Half the light falls into the tank.. I freak out because everything was powered on and running.. Almost as soon as it hit the water I had my arms around it pulling it out and turned all the power off of the lights.. After freaking out for a while I cleaned up everything and just put my 2 reef brite LED strips over the tank so it would at least have something.. Everything in the tank seemed fine and normal after a couple of mins. But I noticed my Hawaiian flame wrasse seemed a little more stressed then the rest of the fish. The next day (sunday) I came home from hanging out with the fam all day and fed the fish. I noticed I didn't see the wrasse who was usually the first to come visit me in the front of the tank waiting on food.. After I fed everyone I started looking around the tank and notice him just above the sand bed behind a rock. When he saw that I spotted him he swam under a rock out of sight.. He did not look well and was discolored.. I didn't spot him all day yesterday.. So believe he swam under a rock and died.. He was my fav and had him for 2 years.. Not very happy at the moment.. Sooo the good news is I got my radions back today as gen 3 pros with 120 degree lenses and fan frame update. They look great but super bummed about my wrasse...
