Can you cut the rims on a 20 long?Definitely get the rims of I regret not doing that on all my tanks
You can glue it to a rock if you want.Should I put a rock under the frag? It looks like some of the smaller “stems” are being crushed into the sand.
It degrades on the structural integrity of the tank - I definitely don’t recommend doing it.Can you cut the rims on a 20 long?
I will probably glue it to a small rock, thanks! You can glue it to a rock if you want.
Nope, coral eats fish food. They eat all kinda of stuff. It closed around the pellet... should I be concerned??
So right now, it’s eating that pellet? That’s wild!Nope, coral eats fish food. They eat all kinda of stuff.
It still has it in its cup!It will drop it if it doesn’t want it.
No, other corals will eat more than zoas. But they also get food off the tank light.Should I purposely drop pellets on the heads from now on?
I know some that drop pellets on torches. I heard it helps them grow faster. But there is also coral food like AB+ and phytoplankton. A lot smaller and easier for your coral to eat. Some good stuff to google. Some people “feed” their coral with fish food, but that just doesn’t seem right
Good night!Anyway, thank you for your help, and good night.
On Amazon, it cost $60. I believe this would work?
Issue is I would have to wait for my next paycheck and that means no livestock or anything else for that matter.
Could I go ahead and start up the tank, with the live rock/live sand and the bottled bacteria? At least I could start the cycle and replace the regular water with RO water later.
I can get 5 gallons of water every 40 minutes... maybe we have a different model?I have this unit. Very user friendly. It is slow however. Couple hours nets about four gallons of water
Ok, now I’m headed to bed.Good night!
Maybe so…..I can get 5 gallons of water every 40 minutes... maybe we have a different model?

13 hours, is this to much? I have the timer set so I don’t forgot. How long are you running your lights?
