It's sometimes hard to see the difference in quality unless you look at these on a computer. Phone softwares tend to clarify images (plus the smaller screen makes resolution seem sharper).

I can't speak to that one. I can tell you that I never vote from my phone for this reason. I always vote from my laptop.

Makes alot of sense... as I only use my phone and work computer which the screen is worse then my phone its not even HD

I have intense species based bias for this group lol. I had a really hard time deciding which ones just looked good because they had cool fish, or the actual composition and lighting of the shot.
