Japanese reef ecosystem

I'm setting up a tank replicating the Japanese pacific reef ecosystem. I've been having great difficulty locating a reef salt with similar level of iodine, cesium 134&137, chlorine, plutonium, etc. While that part of the ocean is beautiful I'd really like to be able to be able to watch the effects of radiation on sea life from the comfort of my home.
