Thank you. I have one issue that is bothering me. I have noticed the silicone is turning yellow. Not sure if I am going to tear down and reseal or just leave alone. Under blue light it’s not too bad.

Well unfortunately for me my tank started leaking and dumped about 8 gallons of water on basement floor
so the decision was easier. After removing all coral and saving the remaining water and sand I ended up buying a new breeder tank and starting over. I’m actually happier with the aquascape on the new tank and the silicone is now clear.

I started mine up in April during the $1/gal sale, well I tried to anyway. I went through four 40B, two each from two different Petco's and each one had serious bubbles on the seams when filled like the panels were peeling apart. I took them all back because I wasn't about to risk having a tank blow out all over the place. It really stunk because I wound up with a bunch of rocks sitting in my basement (in the main area where the tank was supposed to be) for a month or so while I went from tank to tank. I ended up buying a 50 gal acrylic instead and haven't any worries about it exploding.

Took combing through a few to find a nice one. Unfortunately they no longer do the $1 gal. Sale for 40. They did offer 50% off but I just missed that sale. Ended up paying full price. I had no choice.

Hard to believe it’s been a year but I have made so many changes and upgrades. I have added a Neptune controller with the PMK, Fmk, and various gadgets hooked up to a breakout box. I have enjoyed this ride so far and can’t stop buying gadgets for the tank. I can’t stop adding corals to the point I need a larger tank. Luckily I have a 120 RR already running but it houses cichlids for now. This will eventually become a reef tank since I am running out of room in my 30 AIO amd breeder. Here’s a few updated pics.

I got mine from a friend you can buy on eBay cheap. Just make sore you spray with a soapy solution so you can move it around or lift off if you need to then just squigee out the air bubbles. Once that’s done trim the edges. It’s very easy. Dont worry about it being perfect since it will eventually be covered with coralline algae.
