Hey all so it's been a few months since I sold my SCA 100 gallon tank and equipment due to work. Job status has changed and will start up the new JBJ 45 Rimless Flat Panel. I am pretty excited with this AIO. I am waiting for the tank and equipment to arrive this week. i am going to start slow, going old school with the shrimp method..This will be mixed reef mostly LPS..

Aquamaxx FR-S Interal reactor for GFO or Carbon
Tunze 1073.50 pump
Heaters from my 100 gallon
Ink Bird ITC-308 controller for the heater and fan.
JBJ ATO
5 gallon Jug for my ATO container
Rock I got 40 LBS from another reefer. Was in Chlorine for a week, Using prime now for a week.
Sand will be Tropic Eden Tonga 3.5mm
Aquamaxx Reef Welder Epoxy for the rock scape
Santa Monica drop .6 algae scrubber

JBJ 45 came in today!!! stand is assembled.. will get stand and tank into place tonight with updates to come.

Well kinda disappointed.. I bought rock from another reefer. i let the rock dry for few days and today I was aquascaping and rock just started to break in my hands without any force. Can this be cause of old rock or just bad rock?

following along. Remember my jbj 45 gal days. Sadly ended with a room covered in 3 inches of water. And for the rock, I have never heard of that happening. Good luck I hope I can help with something further along.

yep, but jbj replaced it with their newest tank. but you have the flat panel so I shouldn't be worried

SOOO tank came in last night and it was cracked!!! check it out. Called DR. Fosters and they sending me a new tank.

nah lol . i am just trying to figure out all this electrical wiring i have to organize.

Yea that is probably something I will never figure out. I tried organizing them and the next they they all just pop back into a tangled mess

I got pretty much all but my rock. Rock is coming in Wednesday I hope.

SO I spent the weekend working and messing around with the tank... Here are a few pics of what i did. I sorta managed the wires but not too happy with how it looks. Going to sleep on it and see how i can improve it.

I installed a power led strip water proof with dimmer, had it around might as well use it. I am still waiting for Rock to arrive I hope by Wednesday. I was working on a intank media box replica but I messed up on the size so have to start all over.
