Set up my sump and my brand new Jebao DCP 18000 controller won’t let me adjust the flow. It worked fine last night, adjusted speed up and down, no problem. It is not locked. I can press for 3 seconds and it flashes to indicate it is locked or unlocked like it should, but will not allow me to adjust. It did not get wet. I can press any button and the dimmed display gets brighter, also like it should. I am stuck on minimum flow and can not increase it. I have pressed it softly, and pressed it hard. I’m about to grab a hammer and see if I can teach it a lesson!

Quality control is something of a hit and miss, but when it works, you are solid and is a great buy. When it’s doa out of the box, at least you can return it quickly (assuming on Amazon)

Sooo,… it works again. Apparently, it never stopped. So frustrating!
It seems you have to hold down the button to unlock the controller through THE ENTIRETY of three full blinks for it to unlock.
